We're bringing back some of our fall specials and this bone in chicken dish is delish! I couldn't think of a name for this dish to really describe how amazing it is! We pan sear the chicken, then simmer it in this creamy butternut squash and spinach sauce and then finish it with a fresh sprig of thyme! You're literally going to be drinking the sauce out of the bowl!!
