We started SmoKeto because we saw as a family how our bodies were reacting to foods. We started with elimination diets and ultimately realized that all the processed chemicals and unpronounceable ingredients were what was causing physical discomfort, health issues and weight gain. These highly addictive chemicals make it very hard for people to make the decisions that they already know are best for them. This is why we started to provide ready to eat meals to people that are made with whole ingredients, no additives and no seed oils. With the confirmation of Robert F.
